The fact of the matter is that almost everyone is eating too many carbohydrates. Convenience foods, which just happen to be over-processed high carbohydrate dead (no nutritional value) products are slowly killing off Americans. These products that we consume are truly foreign substances to are bodies… We don’t recognize them as actual food! Science shows that are bodies genetically have changed 0.02% from our cave man and cave woman ancestors… If the food that we have available now would’ve been available 50,000 yrs ago our human race quite frankly would not exist today.
Your tolerance to Carbohydrates is directly correlated to how close you’re ancestry lived to the equator… For example, if you’re family originated from Europe where the ground was frozen for periods through out the year you can be sure that the majority of the food consumed was animal product. It would be really hard to eat vegetation while there was snow on the ground… So if you are blond, blue eyed or your family came from Europe your tolerance for Carbohydrate isn’t very good. On the other side of things if you’re family originated from Jamaica, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Columbia etc… You can be sure that your tolerance for Carbohydrate based foods would be pretty good simply because you’re family was exposed to roots, fibrous vegetables and fruits almost all year long due to the warmer climate.
Lets get something straight though… Just because your family descended from Columbia doesn’t give you permission to eat pasta and Little Debbies! No one, I mean no one is tolerant to these fake foods. As a matter of fact, a good rule of thumb that works for anyone no matter where your from is Carbohydrates are EXERCISE DEPENDENT… If you haven’t done something ( weight training or Sprint work) to deserve Carbs than you have no business eating them! Carbohydrates are not essential to human survival… You can’t survive without Protein or Fat! These are essential nutrients to the development and survival of our race. So when you go hear the whole Low-Fat, Low Cholesterol bullshit, just remember how we got to where are (eating high fat animal products that contain Cholesterol)… Then think about where were headed (Fertility clinics are going up everywhere and most men can’t even get there dicks up!) Why? We are eating and living the complete opposite of how were supposed to eat and live…
So, shop the perimeter of your grocery store, eat protein at every meal, eat a vegetable at all major meals, consume smart fats such as butter, ghee, coconut oil, cod liver oil/fish oil everyday, drink only non-calorie containing drinks such as water, green tea and coffee, think good thoughts, sleep 8-10 hrs a day, practice stress management and of course move (exercise) a minimum of 5 hrs a week. If you can practice the above consistently you will not only be leaner but you will have more energy, lessen your risks for ALL degenerative disease and have good SEX! Can’t beat that!
